Ingredients
- 1Tbsp Besan
- 2Tbsp yogurt
- 1Cup Phudina leaves
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- 4-5 Chillies according to spice level
- Salt to taste
- 1Tbsp oil
- 1-2 Cup Water
Directions
- Take 1Tbsp of gram flour ,mix it with 2Tbsp of yogut.
- Heat 1Tbsp of oil in a pan and add the gram flour mixter and cook it for 1min
- Add 2 Cup water and cook it until its think approx.10-15mins. Add more water if needed.
- Adjust the thickness accordingly
- Take 1cup mint leaves,1/2 cup Cilantro znd 3-4 green chilies and bldnd them it paste.
- Add this paste to the mixture and cook it for 3-5 mins
- Add salt according to taste
- Sever hot or chill

- Add water according to the thickness you want.
- Also you can add more Chillies if you like it spicy.
- I like to server chilled.
