Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Mint
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 3-4 Jalapeno
- Black Salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- Everest Pani puri Masala
- Water
- 2 lemon juice
Directions
- Sperate mints leves from bunch wash them properly.
- Roughly chop Clintro, Jalapeno and mint leaves.
- Add 1-2 Cup of water in grinter and mix all the ingredients and make puree.
- Strain the mixture of mint,Clintro and Jalapeno and add it to chilled water approximately 3-4 liters.
- Add 2 lemon juice and add salt, black salt and pani puri masala( Half Packet) according to the taste.

- Add Jalapeno according to spice level.
- Make this pani a day before party so it allows the flavors to get mixed properly .
